Facilitate Yoga & Personal Development Retreats, Workshops, Public Speaking, Teach Adults, Mentor women and teach First Aid.
What I’m learning…
Is to be better acquainted with the body through our responses, patterns, neural pathways, systems while breaking old adaptive generational and subconscious patterning.
What I’m also doing…
Is public speaking at events, writing (my book available here),creating online educational videos with Allens Training, travelling across the globe creating online Yoga Flows, teaching classes, facilitating courses or being present with my family.
Many ways to explore yourself through the ancient philosophy of yoga now measured by science to somatically assist the way you breathe, move, speak, think and respond.
Personal growth happens in the space between stimulus and responsiveness. Within the pause is the power to empower or repeat past held patterns within the body.

You do not have to be good.
