Trust the Process

I’m guilty of letting people that don’t matter too much -matter too much wasting many years on this lesson.
Life has tapped me on the shoulder one too many times diverting attention back to the importance of my work reminding me that others have to be open to receive.
I’m constantly reminded that life is my teacher when I’m too busy or naively looking for signs everywhere. The signs are confirmed through people. BECAUSE we are all one big, long intertwining thread communicating on every dimension asleep, awake, daydreaming, hypnotic, meditating and now through social media.

Your body feels a lie in every cell just as it feels divine truth. My work is to teach you to feel with every inch of your being. I teach you to live from the gift of your intuitive thread while giving the mind the backseat. I teach you to trust the process by becoming a witness to the wonders of life. In yoga we call this ‘clearing the nadis’. If you’ve got a story or a drama going on in the background, you’ve got some clearing to do. If you’ve got a body, you can do yoga. If you want to feel lighter, you need yoga
