40hr Yin Teacher Training

Yoga speaks of getting at something deep within us – the true self.  The goal of this quest is to journey within and beyond our physical bodies. Once there, we not only understand our physical self, but experience reality giving rise to the core concepts of what yoga is to us. The better aware we are of our physical bodies, the more profound and appreciative we are of life.

During the course of your studies, practice discernment and surrender. Distinguish the things you can change (tapah) from the things we cannot change (isvara pranidhana)

40 hr Restorative Yoga Teacher Training

Restorative Yoga Teacher Training is for Yoga Teachers, past students or those currently completing their initial training.

Restoring our bodies to a state of deep rest is medicinal for the body.  This practice takes yoga to the next level of discipline to still and slow.

This practice is a gift to teach others who are in tune with their intuition or wanting to deepen this aspect of themselves.  During a 60 minute class you can expect to be laying passively mostly.  The yoga teacher will offer 5-6 asanas or postures during the class while supported over bolsters, blankets and props to support you.

If you’re interested in adding this modality to your professional development, we have spaces available this November.

Course dates – 7th, 8th, 14th & 15th November, 2020.
