 Yoga Flow™ are leaders in education for Yoga Teachers. Our team of registered teachers are trained adult educators meeting the requirements of each student individually. Our aim is for you to succeed both within the program and upon graduation.  The Yoga Flow™ specialty is ONLINE and in-person courses maximising your strengths, your time and commitment to succeed.

We understand Yoga Teacher Training is a change that’s been calling you for some time. It is the first step in taking time to give back to yourself, family and community. 

Not everyone decides to teach yoga within a public arena. Many choose to practice the benefits for themselves, their friends and family or integrate it within their current work role.  Its’ a personal choice why you are here and we respect your ‘why’.

To date, we have graduated hundreds from our programming with great success. With over 25 years teaching experience we continue to expand, sharing the breath of yoga uniting this healing practice as one.

Which Yoga is For Me?

Hatha Yoga

Hatha means, "with strength" designed to align and open the many channels in the body including the spine so energy can flow freely. Each asana is channelled with breath, focus and mindfulness. creating ease and joy. A Hatha class is un-sequenced, intuitive and deeply grounding. Great for beginners. Hatha and Vinyasa are the lineages taught within the 200HR program.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa 'flow' is a seamless move from one asana to the next using the Suraynamaskara sequencing as foundational movement. Vinyasa heats the body synchronising breath with movement de-stressing cultivating relaxation, mobility and head to toe calm. Hatha and Vinyasa are the lineages taught within the 200HR program.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a series of restful poses stimulating and regulating the nervous system. Great for relieving the symptoms of anxiety, hormonal transitions in life and those that have been burning the candle at both ends.

Yin Yoga

Yin is the modern day yoga supported by the Yin & Yang of Chinese dualities. To yin is to go inward both physically into the joints, mentally into the mind and ethereally incognito. A deeply healing practice which improves mobility, flexibility and joint pain. Yin is the 'wonder' of yoga.

Power Yoga Flow

Power Yoga Flow is the ultimate dynamic forms of fitness being the perfect blend of sweat and sweetness. This simple yet strong style does not require flexibility (that will follow), it requires mental stamina, consistency and authenticity.

Online Yoga Teacher Training

Study online in the comfort of your own home with freedom to choose when, where and how you journey through the course. With hundreds of hours of learning tools, support and guidance we are here to see you succeed and certified. The 200HR teacher training is accredited with AUSactive recognised as Australia's regulatory body for fitness, yoga, pilates and wellness.

Online Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is the traditional medicine of India, which is practiced around the world as an alternative or complementary. This course offers the evaluation of your Doshas teaching you how to apply these ratios to your lifestyle.

Advanced Anatomy for Yoga Teachers

Directly experiencing our own anatomy through the core concepts of yoga gives the teacher the advantage of improving and embodying their personal practice as well as sharing the teachings with their students. This online course delves deeper into 'most-likely' class scenarios supporting teachers to work with precautions, contraindications and the biomechanics of each individual.

Holistic Meditation | Pranayama | Chanting | Kryas

Meditation or Dhyana is defined as a state of pure consciousness. Combine this with the breath (pranayama), this bridges the mind, body creating space for creativity, divinity and sound healing. This course invites the use of mantra teaching through vibrational frequency and tone. As an addition to this course, we've added the cleansing practices of the 7 Yogic Kryas.

Live in the Present

The online teacher training presents all the tools to safely teach yoga within your community.

The online Yoga Flow™  program is self paced offering freedom to study when and where you choose. You have 12 months from date of purchase to complete.
