let’s debunk a few myths around yoga.
Firstly, you don’t need to be super flexible or skinny to practice yoga.
You don’t need to wear the latest, fanciest tights or touch your toes.
You don’t need to visit India or speak Sanskrit.
I believe if you can breathe, you can do yoga. If you can trust your senses, you can do yoga.
Yoga opens your heart to heal.
Yoga for me, is the tool for self-study.
It’s my mission to make yoga accessible to everyone.
It’s also my mission to make yoga less intimidating and normal for every body.

I became a Yoga Teacher after I’d burnt myself out physically, mentally and emotionally. I was a ‘yes’ girl always aiming to please but soon learnt life isn’t meant to be hard. I stopped teaching so many fitness classes relying on the ‘hit’ of feel-good hormones and started getting to know myself on a richer level.
I’ve had injuries, mental health challenges losses and gains. Growing up in a house full of females, I continue to attract the ‘big-sister’ mentoring archetype through my energy field. I love the community of friendships we’ve created through Yoga and hope you’ll join us sometime soon to experience the magic and prowess of a women’s circle.
