Firstly, you don’t need to be super flexible or skinny to practice yoga.
You don’t need to wear the latest, fanciest tights or touch your toes.
You don’t need to visit India or speak Sanskrit.
I believe if you can breathe, you can do yoga. If you can trust your senses, you can do yoga.
Yoga opens your heart to heal.
Yoga for me, is the tool for self-study.
It’s my mission to make yoga accessible to everyone.
It’s also my mission to make yoga less intimidating and normal for every body.

Hi, my name is Sharon.
I’m a mum, wife and lover of life. A senior yoga teacher registered with Yoga Alliance, my training is through international Yoga Schools in Southern France, Bali and New Zealand.
My lineages are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Nidra and Power Yoga styles.
I also teach Cert 3&4 in Fitness, First Aid Courses and Healthcare units within schools and the wider community. Our health is our wealth which is a holistic currency that works through us on every level.
